Alien Labs’ ZedBand: The Best of Headbands

Zedband

First Impressions9.3/10

Alien Labs created the ZedBand, which is a perfectly balanced 50/50 Hybrid arising from the cross of Zkittlez and Headband strains. My review sample consisted of two dominating huge nugs and four minor ones. Their density is astounding, and their unusual, bumpy growth pattern adds to their allure. The kaleidoscope of greens is stunning, with blazing tangerine hairs and a frosty trichome blanket hinting at the strength within. In my perspective, being somewhat undercured is preferable to being overcured.

Aroma and palate: 9/10
The experience begins with a powerful aromatic punch of ground black pepper, unmistakable and incredibly fragrant. As this robust note fades, you’re confronted with a symphony of sweet and sour overtones, led by lemon and grapefruit, with whispers of grape and musk lingering in the background. The flavor profile reflects this aromatic trip, with a peppery blast tempered by a lingering sweet finish. The sole criticism here is the slightly sluggish burn, which is indicated by a darker ash tint.

Effects: 9.5/10
True to its 50/50 hybrid roots, ZedBand provides an instantaneous cerebral embrace – a characteristic of the headband lineage. This first thrill quickly fades into a tranquil and ecstatic cloud that envelopes both the intellect and the chest. While it will not put you to sleep, it will ease your senses and spark a wave of creative ecstasy. Its power grows stronger with each subsequent puff, with a noticeably longer peak. Air Bar

Score: 9.3/10
ZedBand performs an energizing dance of spicy fervor and gentle sweetness, punctuated by a wash of peace and ecstasy. The only flaw in an otherwise enthralling experience is the relatively mediocre burn. Overall, a must-try for those looking for a unique flower encounter.
